• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

• 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

Instructions:

Prepare the Corn:

If you are using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw it and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Coat Corn with Dry Ingredients:

• In a bowl, combine corn flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.

• Add the corn kernels to the dry mixture and coat them evenly. Ensure that the corn is well coated with the flour mixture.

Fry the Corn:

• Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer to 350-375°F (175-190°C).

While the crispy corn is still hot, you can sprinkle additional chaat masala or a pinch of salt and chili powder for extra flavor.
